Delivery

Because of the nature of custom fabric pre-orders, we have a lead time of approximately 8 and 12 weeks.  Shipping is calculated based on weight and country of origin, we use a signed for delivery service.

 

All retail parcels will be shipped within 10 working days.

Lost Parcels

In the event a parcel goes missing in the post - please allow 15 working days for it to arrive. 

 

Returned Parcels

  • a refund will be given including postage costs.

  • If the parcel is returned to us becuase of an incorrect address (not our error) a refund will be given exclusing postal costs incurred by us.

Returns

Due to the nature of custom fabric we do not currently offer returns on custom fabric. 

 

We will accept return of non custom goods if they are in resalable condition.

  • Fabric and fur must be uncut and unwashed.

  • All other none custom fabrics must be uncut and unwashed.

  • Postage costs to be incurred by you.

Returns must be sent to our address within 14 days of receipt.  You will be refunded once your return is received by us.  Return costs are your responsibility.
